As General Manager of the International Foundation of Fashion Technology Institutes (IFFTI), Surbhi is responsible for the overall operational and administrative management of the IFFTI Secretariat. She attends to inquiries related to Membership, Member invoicing and payment, and ensures that Membership engagement and participation remains active at all times. She also provides vital support to host institutions for the IFFTI Annual Conference, ensuring smooth coordination and a positive experience for all. Surbhi is working to build and sustain a strong online presence for IFFTI, representing its core values and making a meaningful impact within the global fashion education landscape.
