Application Form & Criteria
APPLICATION CRITERIA:
- Please complete the application form provided below, ensuring you include a motivational letter. This letter should detail your intent for the exchange, along with outlining the specific topics or subjects you plan to focus on during the exchange.
- You are free to choose the institution you wish to visit. However, please note that multiple applications for the same destination will not be considered.
- You can apply for the IFFTI exchange grant once every three years. This allows ample opportunities for a variety of our members to benefit from this initiative.

Application Submission Date: – 15th June 2026
Applicants Notified: – 15th July 2026
Travel: – 1st September 2026 – 28th February 2027
TIMELINE 2
Application Submission Date: – 15th December 2026
Applicants Notified: – 15th January 2027
Travel: – 1st March 2027 – 30th September 2027
