Application Form & Criteria
APPLICATION CRITERIA:
- Applicants must complete the application form provided below and include a motivational letter. The letter should clearly explain the applicant’s purpose for undertaking the exchange and identify the specific topics, subjects, or areas of focus they intend to explore during the visit.
- Applicants are free to choose the institution they wish to visit. However, each applicant may apply to only one host institution/university. We will not consider multiple applications from the same applicant.
- Applicants who previously received support under the IFFTI Exchange Initiative may reapply only after a three-year gap. This ensures the initiative benefits a wider range of IFFTI members.

Travel: – 1st September 2026 – 28th February 2027

Applicants Notified: – 15th January 2027
Travel: – 1st March 2027 – 30th September 2027
